Here is one of the early needs for the event. The planet garrisons cannot be setup until the planets are assigned the types. There are currently 3 planned things that need to get assigned.

Asset Holding Class
The planet can hold a maximum of 250, 350, or 450 assets. There is not a cap per faction set. But a good diversification star map wide is good.
BV
There are basically base 4, 5, or 6 BV. Each faction has 16 planets at start. There should be 5 low bv, 6 mid bv, and 5 low bv planets.
Tonnage
The imporant part for now is 5 tonnages Class 1 (lowest) to Class 5 highest.
Currves? The tonnage tier list will be as follows.
Tier 1: 45 ton - 45 ton - 50 ton - 50 ton - 55 ton 2 planets
Tier 2: 45 ton - 50 ton - 50 ton - 55 ton - 55 ton 3 planets
Tier 3: 50 ton - 55 ton - 55 ton - 55 ton - 60 ton 5 planets
Tier 4: 55 ton - 55 ton - 60 ton - 60 ton - 65 ton 3 planets
Tier 5: 55 ton - 55 ton - 60 ton - 65 ton - 65 ton 2 planets
Tier Flex: 45 ton - 50 ton - 55 ton - 60 ton - 65 ton 1 planet
So each planet needs max asset class ,BV, and Tonnage assigned. There should be some balance for each faction on the initial 16 planets they hold. But the starmap, still under heavy construction, with no set jump routtes yet. This is a critical balance to achieve as this effects the entire event. This job until completed holds up Invictus from creating the intial garrisons.
