The planets tonnage are out of date since the latest adjustment by Invic. There is a lookup formula in the planets tab that makes updating easy. The max tonnage and max bv were reduced in the latest update. See duelist or post here for the job.
Update: specifically 70 tons is now 65 tons. Did the rest of it just go down 5?
